Terms of use
Plain terms for a beta.
Last updated July 11, 2026. Short and honest now, formal at launch.
What OddsYield is
OddsYield is sports analytics software. It compares published bookmaker odds against a margin-stripped reference line and shows the difference. It is not a bookmaker, it accepts no bets, handles no gambling money, sells no tips and takes no commission or affiliate payment from any bookmaker.
Your decisions are yours
Everything on the screen, including expected value figures and stake suggestions, is calculator output from public odds and the numbers you enter. It is information, not advice, and no outcome is guaranteed. Whether and where you bet is entirely your decision and your responsibility, including checking that betting is legal where you live.
18 or older
You must be at least 18 years old to use OddsYield. Creating an account requires a date of birth, and we may close accounts that fail this requirement. If betting stops being fun, stop betting. Support services such as your national gambling helpline exist and work.
Beta software
OddsYield is in beta. Odds data can be delayed, wrong or missing, features can change or disappear, and the service can be unavailable. Everything is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, and to the extent the law allows we accept no liability for losses connected to using it, including betting losses.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to scrape it, or break these terms. You can stop using OddsYield at any time; contact us to delete your account and its data.
Changes
These terms will be revised before public launch, and material changes will be announced in the product. Continuing to use OddsYield after a change means you accept the revised terms.
